COVID Transmission
Persons to Follow Government Guidelines
Should persons have or feel like they have symptoms they should not attend.
All Dancers must be fully vaccinated
COVID Transmission via Tea/Beverages served at Interval
No Tea or Biscuits to be supplied by the Club
All participants to be advised and encouraged to bring their own drinks and biscuits as required.
COVID Transmission via multiple use of Club Microphone
Callers to be encouraged to supply Own Microphone.
Clubs Microphone to be cleaned at start & End of each session.
If Caller has no equipment, then Club members NOT to use.
COVID Transmission by handling of PA System
Callers to be encouraged to supply Own Equipment and set up/dismantle.
Limit who handles Club equipment and hands to be sanitised before and after touching.
COVID Transmission by hand Touching during dancing
Good Personal Hygiene, use of own hand sanitiser
Provide Hand sanitiser and encourage use before each dance
COVID Transmission by Close location during dance
Dancers can wear gloves or masks should they feel the need.

All participants to sit in same seat all session
Seats to cleaned at end of evening. Following the halls advise – cloth covered seats not to be used.
COVID Transmission by Air
Provide maximum ventilation by opening doors and windows appropriately.
Note – Be aware of noise levels to neighbours.
